Since 1997 Steve Sclarow, AIA has provided Design and Construction expertise to clients across the country. A Philadelphia native, in 2004 Steve moved to the West Coast to help establish a new full service practice based in Irvine. While in Southern California Steve continued expanding his expertise, working with a diverse group of clients and
consultants on a variety of distinct projects.
In 2013 Steve was presented with a unique opportunity to return to the East
Coast, Practice in Philadelphia and return to his roots.
Working closely with client leadership, Steve manages projects from feasibility through construction administration. Steve’s leadership and creativity have led to the development of many successful projects including, Top of the Tower, ZIA Park, Cross Iron Racing and Entertainment Center, Rio Village Seafood Buffet and the Mitchell Performing Arts Center.
Steve holds a Bachelors of Architecture Degree from Syracuse University, is NCARB certified and a Registered Architect in California, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. Steve is also President Emeritus of the American Institute of Architects Orange County.
